Introduction:

The Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (MPMRCL) is a joint venture company between the State Government of Madhya Pradesh and the Government of India. It was incorporated in 2010 to plan, construct, finance, operate, and maintain metro rail systems in Madhya Pradesh.

The MPMRCL is currently constructing two metro rail projects in Bhopal and Indore. The Bhopal Metro Rail Project is expected to be completed by 2023, and the Indore Metro Rail Project is expected to be completed by 2024.
